Well hmmm, how about we take the safety labels of the obvious things and let people use their reasonable judgment or something. You, know so we can stop the people that for example, sue the fast food companies for getting fast after eating too much of their foods.
Oh wait, there is going to be lots of lawsuits on where that "reasonable judgment" line lies. I guess that's where you guys come in eh?

uhhh... except it doesn't account for hidden dangers not readily observable to even reasonably intelligent people.
